Thanks to the Alchimia team, we now have a network of over 60 independent distributors across Europe and the world, capable of providing fast local service to all our customers. /p pTo expand our team, we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Specialist to strengthen our sales organization in Italy. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and develop the customer portfolio in the assigned area (public and private hospitals, surgical centers, eye banks). /li liPromote the full portfolio of products for ophthalmic surgery (medical devices and equipment). /li liAchieve and exceed sales and growth targets within the assigned territory. /li liProvide technical and consultative support during demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and in-theatre training sessions. /li liDrive the tender / bid process, including needs qualification, quotation, and closure of product / solution / service offers, meeting sales and margin targets while maximizing customer satisfaction. /li liSupport field execution of sales and marketing programs through active presence in the field, working closely with agents and distributors. /li liCollaborate with the back-office, marketing, and tender management teams to maximize business opportunities. /li liInteract with hospital administrations and purchasing departments for the management of quotations, contractual conditions, and supply processes. /li liEnsure accurate and timely reporting / forecasting to the direct manager. /li liCoordinate post-sales activities in cooperation with customer service and technical departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational continuity. /li liParticipate in trade fairs, congresses, and workshops, representing the company and enhancing product visibility in the market. /li liManage, identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the field. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with agents and distributors, ensuring responsiveness to their operational and business needs, while guaranteeing that their collaboration is fully aligned with the company’s strategies and objectives, and that they represent the organization in accordance with corporate compliance policies and values. /li /ul h3Requirements : Formation /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, Bioengineering, or related field; or equivalent education / training in a medical, scientific, or technical discipline. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in ophthalmic medical device sales and / or marketing. /li liPreferred origin from the medical device or pharmaceutical sector. /li /ul h3Technical skills /h3 ul liSolid understanding of hospital dynamics and public tender procedures. /li liStrong results orientation, consultative approach, and proven ability to build trust-based relationships. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liAvailability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. /li liExcellent knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level) and proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Office Suite). /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA position within a fast-growing, international environment. /li liAn innovative and globally recognized product portfolio. /li liContinuous professional training and technical development programs. /li liCareer growth and development opportunities within a dynamic and ambitious organization. /li /ul pThis job posting is open to candidates of all genders, in compliance with applicable laws (L. 903 / 77 and L. 125 / 91). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
