Job Title: Sales Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location: France-based or Poland-based or Italy-based covering entire Europe

Role Purpose
Drive sales of Hytera retail communication solutions (S Series radios, PoC, body-worn cameras and related solutions) into retail chains across the Europe through retail-focused partners and system integrators.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
* Identify and onboard retail-focused partners (e.g., POS, CCTV, cash registers, in‑store equipment providers, system integrators).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail chains and relevant decision-makers.
* Proactively schedule meetings, deliver sales presentations, and promote Hytera’s solutions.
Solution Sales
* Sell complete retail communication solutions, combining Hytera products (S Series, PoC, body‑worn cameras) with third-party retail platforms.
* Work with system integrators to integrate Hytera products into retail management platforms and software.
Pipeline Management
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposals, closing, and post‑sales support.
* Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reporting.
* Support partners and customers with product knowledge, marketing activities, demos, and basic after‑sales support.
Market Insight
* Conduct retail market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
* Provide feedback to internal teams to improve Hytera’s retail solutions.
Territory & Travel
* Cover the retail markets in entire Europe
* Travel as required to customers, partners, and events across the region.
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience selling into retail chains (e.g., POS systems, cash registers, CCTV, shelving, in‑store equipment, retail tech or services).
* Existing contact network in the retail sector strongly preferred.
* Strong hunter mentality and track record of new partner acquisition.
* Experience working with system integrators and/or software/solution sales is a plus.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Positive, energetic attitude, hands‑on individual contributor; not a management/director role.
