Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Trieste. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing technical consultation, and developing customized industrial refrigeration solutions. The role involves collaborating with the international subsidiary in the UK to prepare proposals, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, and building strong relationships with clients. The candidate is expected to conduct technical presentations, provide post-sales technical support, and actively contribute to the growth of Zudek's business in diverse industrial sectors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with experience in designing and recommending tailored solutions for clients.
- Strong skills in Sales and Communication, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Experience in providing Technical Support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through problem resolution.
- Relevant engineering degree or technical qualification is preferred.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and adapt to client-specific needs.
- Experience in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or HVAC is a plus.
