We are making against-the-flow choices to make visible changes in the platform's ecosystem. /li libCreating meaning - /b We spark joy and curiosity, we feel good about what we do and we want everyone else to feel the same fulfillment. /li /ul h3Job Description /h3 pAs a Digital Sales Manager at Dailymotion, your primary role will be to build strong relationships with media agencies and advertisers, positioning Dailymotion's media solutions as the ideal means to address clients' needs and drive business growth. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libBusiness Development: /b Participate in the development of the business within an assigned territory in Italy, focusing on targeted agency and advertiser accounts to exceed revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). /li libClient Relationships: /b Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. /li libCollaboration: /b Work closely with internal teams to maintain a shared vision when interacting with clients, ensuring seamless service delivery. /li libClient Satisfaction: /b Prioritize client satisfaction to foster renewal business and generate incremental revenue. /li libSales Pipeline: /b Actively manage the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue projections to support business planning. /li libValue Proposition: /b Effectively communicate and represent Dailymotion's value propositions to clients. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libExperience: /b A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong preference for video-related sales. /li libCommunication: /b Outstanding communication and presentation skills to articulate Dailymotion's value to clients. /li libIndustry Knowledge: /b A comprehensive understanding of the digital media and ad tech ecosystem, with a focus on video and programmatic advertising. /li libExisting Relationships: /b A network of existing relationships in digital media agencies, brands, media planners, and buyers. /li libAttitude: /b A driven, passionate, and collaborative team player. /li libSales Record: /b A proven track record of winning new business and consistently exceeding sales targets. /li libLanguage Skills: /b Fluent in Italian and a good understanding of English. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pDailymotion is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
