Experteer Overview
As Field-based Patient Journey Manager, you serve as the single point of contact for HCPs and stakeholders, guiding an omnichannel strategy across the patient journey to shorten diagnosis times and improve outcomes in the Rare Disease portfolio. You align local execution with global strategies, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-value scientific exchange and patient-focused initiatives. You build and manage accounts, partners, and external experts to support access and care pathways. You help make people smile through better care.

* Single point of contact for HCPs and stakeholders and an ambassador for Kyowa Kirin in the geography
* Implement local Cluster & International Strategy and Patient and Customer Plan (PCP)
* Develop territory business plan aligned with the brand and cross-functional collaboration (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Payer Value & Patient Access)
* Understand the patient journey to enable innovative interventions at touchpoints and shorten time to diagnosis
* Maintain clinical/scientific knowledge in Nephrology and Haematology Oncology to support on-label discussions
* Orchestrate omnichannel engagement leveraging assets and tailoring to HCP preferences
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs through local account plans and program execution
* Project manage plans and initiatives to deliver patient-focused outcomes within budget
* Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including centers of excellence and medical experts
* Network with HCPs to provide solutions benefiting patients, customers, and KKI
* Collaborate with PV&PA to ensure product access and alignment with guidelines and formularies
* Demonstrate understanding of health policy and rare disease environment to relate with PV&PA roles
* Communicate insights from KEEs to shape strategy and local/National solutions
* Attend national/international scientific meetings and organize hospital talks for updates
* Accurately manage CRM and managerial reporting
* Ensure activities comply with laws, codes, and Kyowa Kirin policies
* Adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and Kyowa Kirin quality policies and GDPR compliance
Responsabilità
* Experience in field Medical or Commercial roles within Rare Disease
* Stakeholder and Key External Expert (KEE) management experience
* Digital experience with multichannel management and virtual engagement (email, webinar, Zoom/Teams)
* Excellent local language; good English preferred
* Knowledge of local, regional, and national health systems and care delivery processes
* Willingness to travel weekly within territory
* Proficient computer use (email, virtual meetings)
* Driving license is required
