SALES AREA MANAGER EUROPE
The candidate will be responsible for managing direct and indirect sales within a specific geographic area, aiming to achieve regional targets.
Tasks:
Support the Sales Department in defining sales policies and actions to develop the target market. Develop the sales budget, coordinating with the Sales Manager. Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate sales initiatives to increase revenue. Directly manage the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets. Develop and maintain relationships with current customers, constantly monitoring customer satisfaction, including through periodic visits. Seek new customers using any channel, implementing promotional and incentive programs. Perform periodic checks on the status of invoices and payments received, as well as the progress of sales initiatives in the assigned area. Monitor critical customer solvency situations, defining credit limits up to the assigned limits. Seek and develop new dealers in the assigned area. Support the Manager in product range planning, identifying product development/modification needs in the assigned area. Define and verify pricing policies in the assigned area. Manage participation in trade fairs in the relevant sector for our products. Prepare post-trip reports and submit them to company management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (technical degree is a plus). At least 8 years of experience in a similar position in the industrial and/or earthmoving machinery sector. Knowledge of commercial contracts and common international payment methods is preferred.
