ProductLife Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Southern Europe) in Italy to join our Global Marketing team.
Role:
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will execute localized marketing strategies aligned with global objectives. You will collaborate with sales, sales operations, and global marketing teams to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and advertising platforms. Analyze and report on campaign performance.
2. Social Media Management: Oversee regional social media channels, create engaging content, and respond to audience interactions to strengthen brand presence.
3. Marketing Technology Expertise: Manage marketing platforms such as Pardot, oversee email campaigns, website updates, and analytics. Lead webinar activities and manage related projects.
4. Event Support & Management: Coordinate logistics with the global events team, serve as a contact point for internal and external event organizers, and provide on-site support as needed.
5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytics to measure marketing effectiveness across channels, including website, digital ads, events, newsletters, and social media. Use insights to improve strategies.
6. Content Management: Maintain current and consistent marketing content across local channels. Track and plan marketing activities effectively.
Required Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with international partners.
* Proficiency in English for communication with colleagues.
