At Granstudio, we are driven by a commitment to user-centric design and technological innovation.Explore our projects here: www.granstudio.comDiscover more about Granstudio in this video: About Granstudio | Designing future mobility meansOverviewIn this role, you will help Granstudio strengthen its presence in the market — both through traditional business development (scouting and engaging new clients) and digital outreach (promoting the company to a wider professional and public audience).To excel in this position, you should be eager to pursue new business opportunities through both cold outreach and inbound leads.We're looking for someone curious, adaptable, and proactive — a knowledgeable multitasker with strong digital, communication, and organizational skills.You will report directly to the Business Development Director and work closely with the CEO.ResponsibilitiesExpand the client base by researching and building relationships with organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities;Develop new strategies to strengthen the company's visibility and reputation in the automotive and mobility sectors;Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial offers and contracts;Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails, maintaining effective communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.QualificationsA degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related area;Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (in both Italian and English);Willingness and availability to travel worldwide;Strong knowledge of digital communication tools and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat);Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, thrive with minimal supervision, be proactive, and manage uncertainty effectively.Nice to haveExperience in the automotive, mobility, or design industries;Proven ability to research new prospects and develop business opportunities.Why Granstudio?At Granstudio, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.As a Business Developer, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the company's presence in the automotive and mobility sectors.
