Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 worldwide for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have ranked No.1 for four consecutive years. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibSales Strategy Execution: /b /liliDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned service products. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. /liliAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. /liliCollaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads. /li /ulullibCustomer Partner Management: /b /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. /liliConduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. /liliResolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams. /li /ulullibReporting Forecasting: /b /liliProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. /liliTrack and report regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. /liliUtilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy. /li /ulullibCollaboration Cross-Functional Alignment: /b /liliWork closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts. /liliProvide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements. /liliLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear KPIs and monitoring performance. /liliFoster a high-performance, accountable, customer-focused culture. /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. /liliStrong decision-making skills for handling complex and urgent situations. /liliSome work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. /liliProficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); multilingual skills are a plus. /liliAbility to accept overseas business trips; candidates with overseas experience are preferred. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
