About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing Milan-based tech scale-up developing one of Europe's most advancedSaaS platforms for electronic invoicing management.
Their technology simplifies compliance, automation, and real-time data flows for enterprise finance teams -touching areas such asFinTech, financial services, fiscal digitisation, and open banking integrations.
Following rapid expansion in Italy, they are now launching operations across Europe and are hiring theirfirst Business Development Managersfor both theFrenchandGermanmarkets.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly innovative company at a strategic moment and shape the commercial footprint of a new market.
The Role
AsBusiness Development Manager, you will own theend-to-end sales cyclefor enterprise clients in your native market (France or Germany).
You will identify prospects, run consultative sales conversations, lead demos, negotiate contracts, and contribute to building the local go-to-market strategy.
This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence international expansion.
What You Will Do
Lead thefull sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demos, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the French or German enterprise market.
Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers in finance, operations, procurement, and compliance.
Collaborate with product and marketing to adapt messaging for local needs.
Represent the company at industry events and online channels within the FinTech and financial-compliance ecosystem.
Requirements
Native French or Native Germanspeaker (depending on the role).
Based in or willing to relocate toMilan.
Candidates native from France or Germany might be considered.
3+ years of experienceas a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or similar (full-cycle ownership is essential).
Strong background inFinTech, financial services, SaaS, electronic invoicing, or open banking.
Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals.
Comfortable in a fast-scaling start-up environment where autonomy and initiative are key.
