The Store Manager is accountable for delivering outstanding commercial performance and achieving key qualitative objectives by consistently exceeding expectations, while inspiring, leading, and developing the team through a hands-on and coaching-oriented approach.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liBuild an authentic, attentive, and long-lasting relationship with clients, based on active listening and addressing customer expectations; /li liPrioritize excellence in outlet performance and results through the analysis of clear KPIs and the implementation of action plans aimed at achieving ambitious targets; /li liMaintain visual merchandising standards in line with the Maison's guidelines; /li liContinuously enhance within the teams the understanding of the brand's history and values, as well as the ability to naturally promote collections and product features; /li liCreate a stimulating work environment where trust and respect for diversity are valued; /li liEmpower and inspire teams by recognizing individual strengths and suggesting solutions for continuous improvement; /li liLead the team to achieve shared objectives by clearly identifying priorities, tasks, and defining roles and responsibilities.
/li /ul h3Qualification /h3 ul li3–5 years of managerial experience within structured fashion, luxury, or retail organizations; experience in an Outlet environment is a plus; /li liProven excellence in customer service skills; /li liFull professional proficiency in French; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); /li liDigital mindset, with strong knowledge of MS Office and experience using payment and inventory management systems and tools.
