The Role: Senior Sales Engineer
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to support enterprise customers across Italy. As a security expert, you’ll partner with Sales to advise on and deploy Trend Micro’s next-gen cybersecurity solutions, shape client strategies, and build trusted relationships.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers in Italy
* Understand customer needs and recommend tailored security solutions
* Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations
* Guide deployments, troubleshoot, and ensure best practices
* Influence customer security strategies through technical leadership
* Respond to tenders and deliver product training
* Travel across Italy for client engagements as needed
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years in IT solution delivery, ideally with a cybersecurity focus
* Passion for security and solving customer challenges
* Clear communication and confident technical presenting
* Experience with large enterprise environments
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of networking, web / email security, Windows / Linux
* Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms
