Your Mission : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our Supply Chain team, based in our HQ in Milan. In this role, you will support the daily monitoring of outbound logistics flows and warehouse operations, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of our distribution processes. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics coordination, data analysis, and ERP systems, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. You will also need to frequently travel to our offices based in Castelletto Stura (Cuneo), collaborating with colleagues and partners across different locations. Your contribution will be key in ensuring high service levels across our commercial channels and supporting the continuous improvement of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily outbound shipments and order planning, helping define fulfillment priorities. Interface with warehouses to ensure smooth operations, tracking progress, managing issues, and supporting the preparation of operational reports and KPIs. Support the coordination of external warehouses, monitoring picking, shipping and co-packing activities in line with commercial priorities, with occasional on-site presence. Use ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to control shipments and stock flows, identifying and managing discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy. Contribute to the analysis of key logistics KPIs, tracking volumes versus forecast and supporting operational planning. Assist in stock control activities, including cycle counts and periodic inventories, helping resolve discrepancies. Support order upload and tracking for B2B digital channels. Contribute to logistics cost and flow analysis, and support continuous improvement and supply chain innovation initiatives. The Ideal Candidate : Degree in Logistics, Management Engineering, Economics or related fields. Fluency in English. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and monitor KPIs. Advanced Excel skills and good familiarity with data analysis tools. Interest in supply chain and logistics processes, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. Team player with a proactive attitude and hands-on approach. Curious, organized and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable working with operational tools and systems (experience with ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus). …and of course, a chocolate and gelato lover!
