Join us and our mission to promote and develop solar energy as a source of clean, renewable energy forall.For our team in Italy, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager Italy.Please submit your CV in English.

Responsibilities

1. Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers,expanding sales coverage of the company in Italy and European Countries and providing strongservice to the new and existing accounts.

2. Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and European Countries.

3. Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region.4. Identify and develop key accounts in the Italy and European Countries markets. Negotiation and follow up of contracts.

5. Manage entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all the key accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company's related internal departments.

6.Communication with customers on issues relating to their upcoming projects.7. Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solution, and to advise customers of delivery status.

8. Maintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities9. Analyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trends.10. Ensure effective reporting of all activities under of the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.11. Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences. 12. Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and

technical and financial market requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years previous experience within a similar role in an international in the PV sector.

2. Bachelor's/master's in civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration.

3. Strong bias for customer satisfaction.

4.Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers.

5.Proactive self-starter and problem solver.

6. Strong negotiation and communication skills.

7. Innovative Dynamic and thrives under an ever-changing market.

8. Self-motivated and able to effectively manage His/her time.9. Quick thinker, proactive.10. Passionate in their approach to the industry and able to promote this passion in a professional mannerregardless of the level of the clients he is addressing.

11. Flexible to travel.

Languages: Natives languages skills in English, Italian or other languages a benefit.
