To increase our sales presence, we are looking for an Italian Field Sales Representative for the B2B sale of fastening components for industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage assigned customers in their geographical area through planned visits, implementing the company's commercial strategy. Scout for new customers and visit prospects. Contribute to achieving Customer Satisfaction goals. Define commercial terms during the quotation process and provide technical support to customers on our full product range. Manage the current price list in accordance with the Sales Manager. Fill out forms and periodic reports to be forwarded to the Sales Manager. Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a sales role; experience in the industrial components sector is an advantage. Knowledge of English (at least B1 level). Strong organizational skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Teamwork attitude. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. What We Offer: Company car. Discretionary annual sales bonus.
