As part of this exciting opening, we are looking for aFront Office Agentto deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring smooth and professional front desk operations and creating a welcoming first impression aligned with luxury hospitality standards.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.Handle payments, billing, and maintain accurate records.Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.Profile & Requirements:Previous experience in a front office or guest-facing role within hospitality is preferred.Strong customer service skills and passion for hospitality.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Professional presentation and positive attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian and/or French is a strong advantage.Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.Availability to start as soon as possible .What We Offer:Opportunity to be part of a new luxury hotel opening in a prestigious alpine destination.Dynamic and international working environment.Training and development within a leading hospitality group.Competitive compensation package. xdwybme Long-term career growth opportunities within the group.If your profile matches this description and you are looking for a new challenge, please send us your CV.
