The Role
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with direct experience in one or more of these sectors.
The position covers Italy and selected European markets.
The role requires both technical understanding and commercial ability, with frequent customer visits and close cooperation with our back office, production and engineering teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and develop customer accounts in Italy and abroad.
- Identify and approach new industrial clients (steel, paper, packaging, plastic, converting).
- Visit customers to discuss applications and technical requirements.
- Prepare offers and follow up together with the internal sales office.
- Report market information and competitors' activity.
- Take part in trade fairs and industry events when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in
selling industrial blades, cutting tools or wear components
.
- Existing customer contacts or network in at least one relevant sector.
- Technical background, able to read drawings and understand materials and treatments.
- Fluent in Italian and English; German or Spanish appreciated.
- Availability to travel regularly in Italy and Europe.
- Practical, self-driven and reliable attitude.
