PpAs Planner for the Florence Service Shop you will be managing the planning and material for the repairing activities. This role implies to ensure Customer satisfaction coordinating production schedules, prioritization of resources, managing lead times and optimizing material availability for efficient operations. /p h3Essential Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and schedule order deliveries such that inventory costs are minimized while maintaining customer commitments /li liTranslate order book into production plans, coordinating monitoring activities managed in farm-in farm-out /li liWork with Regional team to convert demand plan into physical orders, working on regional global forecast to prioritize delivery dates as needed (pull-ins/push-outs) /li liUnderstand business trends, opportunities and how they impact the demand forecast /li liAssist guide operations so to follow production plan and KPIs goals /li liSpread Lean approach and methodology to eliminate waste and increase efficiency /li liSyncing material flow with production milestones /li liImproving quality and increase productivity /li liUtilize MRP system business tools for timely updates /li liBuilding cross-functional relationships and address production roadblocks /li liPrepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs /li liEnsuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs /li liEnsure timely and effective resolution of all Customer issues /li liFoster Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across the Team /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree on STEM Disciplines from an accredited college or university /li liStrong experience in Global Supply Chain or Service Operation /li liBe able to plan and execute multiple tasks in a high-paced, changing environment, having the ability to work with and influence stakeholders /li liStrong leadership soft skills to influence and drive the team to execute and deliver according to our HSE/Quality standards and Customer requirements /li liFluent written and spoken English and Italian /li /ul h3Desired Characteristics /h3 ul liProven capability to work cross-functionally /li liExperience in order management, inventory optimization, asset utilization /li liKnowledge of Oracle and MRP functionality /li liKnowledge of the principles of Lean manufacturing /li liAPICS Certification /li /ul pThe Baker Hughes internal title for this role is: Manufacturing Team leader - Production Planning Scheduling. /p h3About Us /h3 pWe are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
