Private Label Key Account Manager – Central EuropeWe are looking for a dynamic and results‑oriented Private Label Key Account Manager to develop and manage the Private Label business in the Central European Area.The role is responsible for building strategic partnerships with major retailers, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the entire commercial proces, from tender management to product launch.This position plays a key role in expanding the private label segment, working closely with marketing, R&D, supply chain, and finance.Main ResponsibilitiesCommercial Development & SalesDefine and execute the Private Label commercial strategy for Central EuropeIdentify and acquire new private label customers (retailers, discount chains, buying groups)Manage and develop existing clients to build long-term partnershipsLead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial termsEnsure profitable growth aligned with company objectivesCustomer & Project ManagementManage the entire tender process, from customer request to final offerServe as the key point of contact throughout product development and launchTranslate customer requirements into clear briefs for R&D and OperationsEnsure timely and successful product launchesMarket & Category AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitors, and private label developmentsProvide market intelligence and strategic recommendationsSupport the innovation pipeline with relevant concepts for clientsConduct store checks in key reference marketsRequirementMinimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG sales
