Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth for Dell’s portfolio within TD SYNNEX Italy, translating Dell's growth plans into strategic actions across key segments. You will grow market share by executing the vendor and BU strategy, leveraging data center expertise and large‑deal negotiations to protect margins and create long‑term value. You’ll enable sales teams, manage vendor relations, and shape tailored customer value propositions. This position blends strategic planning with hands‑on market execution in a hybrid work environment, offering a meaningful impact through partner collaboration and continuous learning.

Responsabilità
* 4+ years in IT with channel and/or vendor experience at business development level
* Good knowledge of data center
* Good emotional intelligence, influence and persuasion skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Skilled at multi‑level relationship building
* High energy and motivation
* Experience in services and solution selling
* Strategic planning and business case development
