What will we do together?
Customer satisfaction is central to MAF’s ethos. In this role as Account Manager, you will identify the right advertisers, drive adoption of our mobile adtech platforms, and foster long-term relationships with direct brands, media agencies, and ad networks. You will engage with all levels of client accounts and collaborate internally with sales, project management, technology, and operations teams, providing opportunities for growth and learning.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop MAF’s presence in the APAC region, especially Korea, working closely with the CEO and C-level executives to define strategic guidelines and roadmaps.
* Generate leads, negotiate deals, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries and requests, ensuring services meet their needs and budgets.
* Represent MAF at industry conferences and events, and participate in speaking engagements.
* Build long-term partnerships with strategic advertisers.
* Monitor industry trends in mobile monetization and advertising.
* Gather client feedback to influence product development and roadmaps.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English and Korean.
* Experience in account management within app marketing.
* Knowledge of app or game economy and established networks among mobile app developers.
* Understanding of rewarded and Offerwall advertising platforms.
* Deep industry knowledge in digital and mobile advertising.
* Ability to collaborate across functions such as Marketing, Product, and Operations.
* Proven success in selling technical products to mobile app developers.
* Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.
* Fast learner with a proactive attitude and resilience.
