About the Role
We are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Specialist ( Aftermarket Sales Technician) to join our client's team in Pombia. This is a commercially oriented position focused on preparing technical-commercial offers, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the industrial cooling and thermal systems sector.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and manage technical-commercial offers for aftermarket projects and spare parts.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and order status.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical inquiries related to quotations.
- Work closely with project managers to align on offer content, timelines, and client needs.
- Support the sales team with pricing, offer documentation, and post-sale discussions.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of technical or commercial experience in a related field (cooling towers, boilers, HVAC, pumps, valves, or other industrial systems).
- Educational background in engineering or a related technical discipline preferred; alternatively, strong technical aptitude through experience.
- Previous experience dealing with industrial clients in sectors such as petrochemical, energy, or oil & gas.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
