_Precise Resort Poggio alla Sala, located in Tuscany, Italy, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious 5 Star Resort in Poggio Alla Sala. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets._ Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a sales plan: You will be responsible for creating and executing a sales plan that aligns with the resort's overall goals and objectives. - Generate leads: You will need to identify and generate leads for the resort, using a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. - Build relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, travel agents, and other industry professionals, to drive repeat business and referrals. - Manage the sales process: You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals. - Analyze sales data: You will be responsible for analyzing sales data and performance metrics, to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies. - Coordinate with other departments: You will need to work closely with other departments, such as marketing and reservations, to ensure that all sales efforts are coordinated and aligned with the resort's overall strategy. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Fluent Italian and good English knowledge * Work Location: One location
