As a sales team, we:

* Prefer fieldwork over office work and enjoy engaging daily with diverse people
* Are customer-focused, committed to building and growing partnerships
* Are results-driven, always seeking opportunities to improve
* Are resourceful and collaborative in solving challenges
* Are proactive and hands-on to complete tasks efficiently

Our new team member needs to:

* Have a high school diploma or be pursuing higher education
* Preferably have experience in a similar role or a record of achievements
* Hold a valid driver’s license

You can succeed in this role if:

* You can manage a territory, nurturing existing customers and finding new ones to grow our business
* You collaborate closely with colleagues, believing that 'WE' is more than 'I'
* You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships with partners
* You strategically utilize available resources, considering environmental sustainability
* You embrace digital tools to optimize outcomes
* You analyze market and consumer behavior to craft business reviews and strategic proposals
* You negotiate contracts, ensure product visibility and availability, activate trade marketing, and execute merchandising standards
* You manage assets in the market and in customer outlets
* You use sales tools for reporting and maintaining store quality

How we will support you:

* You’ll be introduced to the business, routines, and territory during onboarding with a dedicated buddy
* We’ll provide clear guidelines and top sales tools to track results and achieve targets
* You’ll learn best sales techniques through our Sales Academies
* You’ll utilize digital solutions for data collection, process automation, and insights
