We specialize in developing bespoke solutions for our clients around the world, for instance wealth planning across successive generations and international borders, asset management with individual risk management, loans and deposits. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild, develop and maintain relationships with internal sales (RM/IMs) and partner with them to help clients better understand their alternatives portfolios, funds DB are capital raising and the broader alternative investment landscape /li liWork closely with global teams to design and drive product campaigns for the firm’s alternatives products /li liManage strategy-specific existing client engagements across private markets, working alongside sales, fund research and external managers to deliver in a timely manner /li liWork with CIO, research and external managers to develop content on alternative investments across topics including asset allocation, portfolio construction and risk management /li liKey role in onboarding structuring partners to help drive scale within the business and develop the client experience when investing in alternative investments /li liProvide after sales support for internal sales and clients /li liManage a range of client and product data analytics (including product performance analyses and analyzing client capital raising outcomes) /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liMinimum of 5 years of experience in the alternatives investment industry in a product/client facing role. Prior private markets, hedge funds, manager selection, investor relations, banking or capital markets experience is a must /li liStrong experience and interest in markets, asset management, and understanding of traditional and alternative asset classes, industry knowledge and background from Wealth Management, Private Banking and Asset Management firms /li liExhibit strong communication (verbally written), interpersonal and organizational skills when engaging internally and externally with clients /li liTeam player that is self-motivated and can demonstrate ability to position alternative investments with success with private clients /li liAbility to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively /li liDegree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
