Overview:
The intern we are seeking for the Marketing area of Menarini Consumer Healthcare will join a dynamic, ambitious, and highly professional team. The intern will support the daily activities of the team, composed of a Category Manager and a Product Manager, who will provide assistance in developing the high-level professional skills required in this field.
Main Activities & Responsibilities:
- Product Portfolio Knowledge: Gain an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio and the relevant market landscape.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor brand performance, including Sell-out (IQVIA data and report generation), Sell-in (Oracle BI), and ongoing commercial activities.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitive landscapes, including competitor characteristics, positioning, product ranges, activated strategies, and sell-out performance.
- Marketing Activity Support: Assist the team in executing ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities, with a particular focus on promotional initiatives (both digital and traditional).
- Presentation Collaboration: Collaborate on the development of presentations related to marketing strategies and plans.
- Digital Property Management: Oversee and, if necessary, update the brand's various digital properties (website, social media pages).
Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with a degree in Economics, including a Master's degree or Master's program with a specialization in Management or Marketing. The ideal candidate combines ambition, active listening, tenacity, and a humble approach. They should possess a curious mindset, with a strong inclination for reasoning and understanding the 'why' behind things.
Over time, the role will require a balance of critical analytical skills (utilizing complex databases, integrating various data sources) and an innovative, creative approach.
