Our Client is an important Italian Family Company, an international leader in the sector of Plastic Equipments in the Construction market. In order to facing strong organizational and structural growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager.
Posizione:
The chosen Candidate, will report to the Sales Director and will have the following responsibilities:
- Define and develop the company’s omnichannel marketing and communication strategy, strengthening brand positioning among designers, architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders;
- Coordinate corporate identity and oversee the development of technical and promotional communication materials and content;
- Support the sales process through technical content, design documentation, and technical marketing tools;
- Collaborate with the national and international sales network to develop business opportunities and monitor commercial performance;
- Manage and develop the company’s digital channels (website, B2B social media, newsletters, advertising) and related campaigns;
- Analyze marketing activities and campaign performance using analytics and tracking tools, continuously optimizing initiatives based on data;
- Coordinate participation in trade fairs, events, and networking initiatives, managing relationships with media and industry stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Experience in B2B marketing and communication, preferably in technical sectors such as design, construction, or industrial environments;
- Digital and content marketing skills, including management of B2B social channels, advertising campaigns, and production of technical and multimedia content;
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using web analytics and CRM tools;
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, with strong storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, work autonomously, and solve problems effectively;
- Proficiency with digital tools and interest in marketing automation and AI-based technologies;
- Fluent English (preferably B2/C1 level);
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
