Our equipment is used, among other things, to inspect welds, detect hidden cracks, voids, porosity, and other internal irregularities in various materials. /ppbHow will you make a difference? /b /ppAs Inside Sales Specialist, reporting to the Head of Inside Sales, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process in Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liYou take ownership of the end-to-end sales process for your assigned customer portfolio - you're their trusted contact from first hello to order confirmation. /li liYou manage the entire customer journey – from initial outreach to order placement. /li liYou drive business with existing customers through cross-selling and up-selling as well as introducing new products. /li liYou expand the customer base by identifying and engaging new prospects through market research, application scouting, and targeted acquisition campaigns. /li liYou are responsible for promoting and selling Technical Service Solutions tailored to the installed base across all customer segments. /li liYou execute proactive sales campaigns for specific customer groups to boost engagement and conversion. /li liYou qualify inbound leads, evaluate customer potential, and ensure correct segmentation and allocation. /li liYou maintain a structured sales pipeline, following established processes and KPIs, and ensure continuous follow-up and accurate lead management in the CRM system. /li liContinuously grow your expertise through online and on-site trainings in products, applications, and modern sales techniques as well as Co-Travelling with field sales. /li liOccasional travel within Europe is expected (Team Meetings). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical knowledge in the field of non-destructive testing and measurement technologies (like Ultrasonic Testing or Visual Inspection), ideally with a degree in Engineering or a related field. /li liStrong technical understanding of complex products, such as ultrasonic testing devices, flaw detectors, and visual inspection systems. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in inside or field sales roles. /li liA proven track record in customer acquisition and opportunity development. /li liExperience in lead qualification and sales funnel management. /li liReporting of sales activities. /li liProficiency in using digital tools and virtual channels in sales, along with hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). /li liAbility to translate sales and marketing strategies into actionable steps. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office 365. /li liFluent in both Italian and English language. /li liQuick learning ability and a proactive, self-driven work ethic – intrinsic motivation is key. /li liStrong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers across all levels. /li liA team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. /li liPassionate about delivering value to customers and building lasting relationships. /li /ul h3Legal and compliance /h3 pLa ricerca è rivolta a candidature di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903 / 77 e 125 / 91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215 / 03 e 216 / 03.
