This individual will play a key role in driving a significant share of revenue for Splunk in the market. /ph3What you'll get to do /h3ulliDevelop new and existing business within major accounts across the Italian market, preferably in the local public sector companies in the centre and south of Italy. /liliConsistently deliver license, support, and service revenue quotas on a quarterly and yearly basis. /liliBuild and maintain c-level relationships within major accounts, identifying joint regional sales strategies. /liliWork closely with partners to maximize efficiency and close large opportunities through the Channel. /liliPenetrate named accounts, plan accounts, and manage opportunities. /liliNegotiate favorable pricing and business terms by selling value and ROI. /liliBuild and manage a sales pipeline, forecast, and track activities throughout the sales process. /liliEngage internal, international, and local teams to maximize deal sizes, collaborating with sales engineering, professional services, marketing, and partner resources. /liliUtilize our sales methodology and processes to ensure quality service throughout all sales stages. /liliProvide timely feedback to corporate functions, especially product management and marketing. /li /ulh3Must-have Qualifications /h3ulli5+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience to large enterprises. /liliAbility to grow and scale with the company; first-line management experience is a plus. /liliComfortable engaging with the “C” suite, managing up to 8 accounts. /liliStrong executive presence and professional polish. /liliProven forecasting accuracy and commitment management. /liliExcellent management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills. /liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment. /liliAbility to work independently and remotely. /liliRelevant experience in IT systems, enterprise/infrastructure management, application development, security, or analytics. /liliExtensive use of CRM systems (Salesforce). /liliExperience with value-based sales and MEDDIC qualification methodology. /liliSuccessful track record with prospects and customers in the territory. /liliMinimum of a Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus. /lipSplunk, a Cisco company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
