Account Sales Professional
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization as an Account Sales Professional, responsible for driving business growth in the Geospatial industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the Geospatial market and its applications.
About the Role
* Achieve regional sales targets by maximizing sales volumes and developing maximum market share.
* Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.
* Develop and implement direct and indirect business development activities to establish new distribution channels and key accounts in diverse verticals through intensive prospecting.
* Support distributors in the development of their business activities.
* Respond to, track and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors.
* Conduct hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders.
* Promote and participate in trade shows, events and promotional roadshows to generate new market opportunities.
* Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
About You
* Masters or Bachelors degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering.
* A minimum of 3 years of proven B-to-B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries is essential.
* Fluency in Italian and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.
* Results-oriented, positive attitude and clear goal of high quality and commercial profit.
* Strong negotiation skills and excellent face-to-face communication abilities.
Requirements
* EU citizenship.
* Currently living and eligible to work in Italy.

Travel Requirements
This position requires frequent travel in Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partners/clients, trade shows and strategic accounts.
