With the Papernet brand, we also cater to the "Away-from-Home" sector, ensuring quality solutions for businesses and public spaces.Wherever you are, Sofidel is there, bringing comfort, quality, and sustainability to everyday life!PURPOSETo manage pure E-commerce key clients of the European Market, guaranteeing that turnover, price and promotional budget objectives are achieved for the Business Lines and a strategic development of customer relationship and loyalty.Main Responsibilities
Guarantees that the sales plans regarding assigned e-commerce clients (e.g. Amazon) are implemented, applying the agreed sales strategiesDefines and agrees the promotional plans with the clients and guarantees their implementationSystematically verifies sales trends, identifies and performs the most appropriate corrective actionsLeads negotiation with the customer involving related Group positions when necessaryMonitors product-ordering process ensuring stock availability and takes measures in case of risk of Out Of StocksLiaises with sales colleagues in managing quarterly sales forecast
Requirements For The Application
Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fieldsFluent written and spoken English, minimum C1 levelItalian knowledge highly appreciated3+ years in eCommerce sales experience in FMCG companies
