About the role
We are actively seeking a Freelance Practitioner Sales Manager to help set the strategic direction and growth for the healthcare practitioner channel for CPG. In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with healthcare practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This position will start as a freelance consulting role for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievement.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting both physical brick-and-mortar health practices and practitioners with strong digital presences (newsletter and social media).
2. Identify suitable brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices that align with our values and have revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements.
3. Identify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products.
4. Nurture and build relationships with these practitioners.
5. Advise on the evolution of the mindbodygreen practitioner program to create an innovative, market-leading initiative leveraging our ecosystem.
6. Collaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources highlighting the benefits of integrating mindbodygreen products into their practices.
7. Develop templates and systems to respond to FAQs from practitioners, scaling the program.
8. Work with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotion to drive online sales and brand awareness.
9. Identify practitioners suitable for social media amplification that align with the brand.
10. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics.
Requirements
* Results-oriented, proactive, and organized with a proven track record in a remote environment.
* 3-5 years of successful experience in supplement sales, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
* Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, especially via newsletters and social media.
* Good knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs.
* Excellent communication skills, both internal and external.
* An advanced degree in nutrition or related fields is a plus.
