Position Description We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-driven, and high-energy Sales Director, EMEA Public Sector/Government to oversee a growing sales team of revenue-generating Account Managers. You will partner with leaders in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Technical Services to execute against revenue targets by acquiring new clients and growing current accounts. This position will report to the Vice President, EMEA Government. Job Responsibilities Optimise the day-to-day operations of a dedicated EMEA Government/Public Sector sales team Hire, motivate, and mentor a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed revenue targets Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data for your team and provide reliable forecast information to upper management Quote, negotiate, and assist account executives in closing highly complex transactions Actively engage in regional territory planning and opportunity development Refine sales strategies to accelerate new logo acquisition and ACV targets Monitor pipeline and performance metrics for medium-term forecasting Skills & Experience 7 years in Government sales with enterprise software vendors, with at least 2 years in sales management Experience selling and positioning data, analytics, and software solutions Proven track record executing complex sales processes and growth strategies Consistent achievement and exceeding of revenue expectations Ability to travel up to 25% Existing security clearances or the ability to gain clearance is preferred Additional Details Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Software Development Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sayari by 2x.
