Online Sales Specialist (TV / White Goods)
You will be part of an ambitious, fast-growing, and international team. You will play a pivotal role in achieving sales goals supporting business development across Italy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
SALES : Implement and support the development of online sales strategies and plans (KPIs, budget, etc.) aligned with business objectives to drive online sales growth. Develop strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and service providers. Analyze business performance to identify shortfalls and develop action plans to improve internet sales. Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Apply industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing techniques to optimize e-commerce website performance.
OPERATION : Analyze data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify improvement areas and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Develop reports on e-commerce platform performance, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness. Create and optimize product listings for accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to improve discoverability and conversions.
We seek passionate, motivated candidates with experience in online sales. Candidates should be comfortable working with a start-up mindset on various topics.
KEY SKILLS : 2-3 years of experience in online sales roles. Knowledge of Amazon platform and Home Appliances (TV) and/or White Goods. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate sales data and market trends into strategies. Fluent in Italian and English for communication with management and team members.
