We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Travel Agent, with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) that can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Your role in BizAway Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider Responding to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through our platform Entering customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the booking Explaining rules and procedures to use our service on the Platform Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc) Your basic qualifications 1-2 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency Excellent knowledge of English and one of these languages (Italian or Spanish or Portoguese or German or French language) Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in the morning) High school diploma or equivalent required.
