**Position: Sales Representative - Power Generation**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- **Identifying and Developing Opportunities**: Detect and develop differentiation opportunities (products or services) to enhance Tenaris' positioning, ensuring the achievement of Business Unit commercial objectives. Explore opportunities to develop new services.
- **Maximizing Sales Opportunities**: Achieve sales volume objectives by identifying and solving issues affecting sales or product distribution in the region or segment. Identify proper commercial channels and conditions for orders.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Establish and develop long-term relationships with customers, promoting loyalty programs and ensuring that customer requests are correctly handled through customer service assistance and providing relevant information.
- **Offer Management and RFQ Handling**: Supervise Customer Requests for Quotations (RFQs), gather information from Knowledge Centers when necessary, and follow up on offer status.
- **Demand Planning Support**: Support Demand Planners by sharing customer information, market trends, and product insights.
- **Coordination with Other Business Areas**: Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams to execute defined marketing strategies and regional segment plans, providing input for market intelligence activities.
- **Short-Term Planning and Regional Development**: Establish short-term objectives, tactical moves, and operating plans for future development at the regional/account level. Follow up on new leads, referrals, and identify sales prospects.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Power Generation, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of energy technologies and generation systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively.
- Strong commercial orientation and results-driven attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and regional events.
