Group Product Manager
to join the Global Marketing team of a multinational food company based in Milan.
How you make the difference
As Group Product Manager, you will own the development and execution of bold brand strategies across global markets, spearheading key product initiatives and driving accelerated business growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping category leadership, ensuring clear and winning vision for our flagship food brand.
How your agenda looks like:
Brand Strategy & Planning:
Define and develop the Strategic Marketing Plan for the portfolio, using global insights to drive growth.
Annual Marketing Roadmap:
Develop and lead annual plans to increase brand equity, market share, and sales volume.
Innovation & Project Lead:
Coordinate product development from concept to launch, working with R&D, Local Marketing, and cross functional teams to ensure market success.
Business Analysis:
Monitor brand performance, market trends, and P&L through data analysis (Nielsen/IRI) to optimize ROI.
Communication & Media:
Oversee 360° communication plans (ATL/BTL), managing the process from copy strategy to final production.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders across Sales, Trade, and Finance.
Your team:
This position reports directly to the Global Marketing Director. You will manage a team of 2 direct reports and collaborate daily with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Trade, R&D, and Finance.

Education:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Work Experience:
6-8 years of progressive experience in Brand or Product Management, with a significant track record in the FMCG sector
Technical Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and project management skills; excellent analytical capabilities and experience with market data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI); solid expertise in managing complex product portfolios within the Italian market while navigating a multinational corporate structure
Soft Skills:
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a marketing team, with a history of delivering successful xjrgpwk large-scale product launches; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and build collaborative partnerships across the organization;
Languages:
fluent in Italian and proficient in English
Digital Literacy:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for business modeling and PowerPoint for executive presentations
