Job Description As Restaurant Manager, you ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional food and beverage service. You oversee daily floor operations, maintain menu knowledge, and guide the team. Act as an ambassador for the hotel’s values, fostering teamwork and service excellence; train and mentor staff on service standards and menu details. Deliver the highest level of guest service in restaurant and bar areas; monitor house count, arrivals/departures, VIPs, and handle complaints. Perform front‑of‑house duties as needed to support a team‑oriented atmosphere. Oversee opening and closing duties, update menu prices, and assist with order management; coordinate daily specials with the chef. Maintain expert knowledge of liquor, wines, champagnes, and food menu items. Ensure staff adherence to schedules, coordinate breaks, and inspect grooming and attire. Expedite service on the floor or in the kitchen as required. Conduct training programs and lead daily line‑ups. Qualifications Minimum of four years in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment. Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
