In this role, you will play a key role in sharing our health and well-being solutions with healthcare practitioners and developing a market-leading practitioner program. This role will start as a freelance consulting position for 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on KPI achievement. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 ol liDevelop and implement practitioner sales strategies targeting both physical and digital healthcare practitioners. /li liIdentify brick-and-mortar health and well-being practices with good value alignment and revenue potential for carrying mindbodygreen supplements. /li liIdentify social media practitioners who could serve as affiliate ambassadors for mindbodygreen products. /li liNurture relationships with identified practitioners for both physical practices and digital influencers. /li liAdvise on the evolution of the mindbodygreen practitioner program to create an innovative, market-leading initiative leveraging our ecosystem. /li liCollaborate with practitioners to provide training and resources on integrating mindbodygreen products into their practices. /li liDevelop templates and systems for responding to FAQs to scale the program efficiently. /li liPartner with practitioners on newsletter and social media promotion to increase online sales and brand awareness. /li liIdentify practitioners suitable for social media amplification aligned with the brand. /li liWork with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ul liResults-oriented, proactive, organized, with a proven track record in a remote environment. /li li3-5 years of successful sales experience in supplements, preferably within healthcare or wellness industries. /li liUnderstanding of affiliate marketing via newsletter and social media is a plus. /li liStrong knowledge of health trends and practitioner needs. /li liExcellent communication skills, both internally and externally. /li liAn advanced degree in nutrition or related fields is a plus. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
