PpDescription /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Trade Category Manager position in the Natural Specialty Business Unit, based in Milan, reporting to our Trade marketing manager. You will be accountable for ensuring our brands growth in the specialist channel (petshop chains and independent stores), managing all the trade marketing levers to execute brands strategies. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liDevelop and implement the category strategy defining : assortment guidelines per channel; promotional and visibility guidelines. /li liDrive sales performance analysing sell in and sell out results on monthly basis by channels / customers to have a clear understanding of drivers / drainers and get insights to develop the category. /li liMonitor competition activities to better detect market trends and identity further opportunities to grow /li liAct as the trade category expert, developing annual activity plan, aligning with key stakeholders and leading its execution with cross-functional team (sales, operations, customer service) /li liEvaluate promotional effectiveness and get promo learnings. /li liDevelop brand POS materials catalogue to ensure proper visibility in store and drive sell out /li liManage AP, according to the assigned budget /li liCollaborate cross-functionally working closely with the direct and indirect sales team structure, with local Marketing and Supply Chain team, building strong and trusted relationships to align strategies and ensure smooth execution of plans. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liUniversity Degree on Business, Economics or similar /li li5years of experience in a trade marketing position within a FMCG business /li liStrategic mindset and a hands-on profile, an experience on the field is a nice to have /li liFluency in English /li liExcellent analytical skills /li liProblem solving attitude /li liResults oriented : a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales target and driving business growth /li liStrong communicator : excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all the levels of the organization /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liHybridworkingmodel /li liFlexible workinghours /li liTicket Restaurants /li liAmazon productdiscount /liliFree Parking /li liAffinity University platform : Professional development opportunities for employees at different stages of their careers, acknowledging diverse career paths. /li liCelebrations Fun /li /ul pIf you don’t meet all the requirements, don’t worry.
