Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth for key customer accounts by aligning technical capabilities with commercial goals. You partner with Sales to manage strategic opportunities, lead technical and commercial input for complex offers, and oversee engineer‑to‑order projects. You will shape go‑to‑market plans for new offers and regions, while ensuring backlog and demand planning align with business objectives. You’ll work cross‑functionally to translate market insights into actionable strategies and sustainable value for customers and Vertiv.

- Partner with Sales at key accounts to drive growth and strengthen relationships
- Serve as strategic account PoC for technical and commercial matters
- Provide advanced technical support for complex opportunities and active projects
- Lead new offer quotation activities post Gate 3, ensuring scope, margin, and risk alignment
- Support tendering and Customer Dedicated Engineering for non‑released or customized solutions
- Oversee Customer Specific Projects (ETO) and ensure PO compliance
- Analyze market, customer, and product dynamics to inform backlog growth and expansion
- Drive SIOP participation, forecasting, and funnel management to align with business objectives
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong technical background with chiller products or engineered solutions environments
- Experience supporting strategic accounts and high‑value customers
- Demonstrated expertise in tendering and commercial negotiations
- Understanding of SIOP, forecasting, and operational planning processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market and customer trends
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
