The Prodotti Risparmio Gestito Unit is responsible for the development, management, and monitoring of the Bank's investment product offering, including:
In-house managed funds and discretionary solutions
Third-party investment funds
Investment services supporting long-term savings strategies
The ideal candidate will support the team in the analysis and management of asset management products, with a strong focus on market dynamics and product performance.
Main activities include:
Contributing to market and scenario analysis to support product strategy
Supporting the development of new investment products, including:
Managed solutions
Third-party funds
In-house managed investment funds
Supporting the development and monitoring of investment services (e.g. PAC, PIC)
Analysis of net flows
Monitoring of product performance
Analysis of market penetration and client adoption
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
At least 5 years of experience in asset management product development, monitoring, or related activities
Strong knowledge of mutual funds and discretionary portfolio management products
Fluency in Italian and English
Nice to have:
Solid financial markets background
Good knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of database query languages is a plus
Strong enthusiasm and proactive mindset
Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility from an early stage
Pragmatic, humble, flexible and hands-on approach
Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude
Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
