We seek a Key Account Manager in Italy to expand our sales coverage and manage key accounts across Italy and European markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ol liContinuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage in Italy and European Countries while providing strong service. /li liContribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and European Countries. /li liProactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region. /li liIdentify and develop key accounts in Italy and European Countries markets, negotiating and following up contracts. /li liManage the entire selling process from forecasting to product delivery and payment collection for all key accounts, maintaining close contact with customers and internal departments. /li liCommunicate with customers on issues relating to their upcoming projects. /li liCoordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions, and advise customers of delivery status. /li liMaintain close relationship and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities. /li liAnalyze and monitor account data, developing reports regularly based on customer information and development trends. /li liEnsure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. /li liRepresent the company at local and national exhibitions and conferences. /li liStay up to date with market information, including competitors and customer benchmarking, and technical and financial market requirements. /li /ol h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the photovoltaic sector. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. /li liStrong interpersonal skills and ability to influence peers. /li liProactive self‑starter and problem solver. /li liStrong negotiation and communication skills. /li liInnovative, dynamic, and thrives under an ever‑changing market. /li liSelf‑motivated and able to effectively manage time. /li liQuick thinker and proactive. /li liPassionate about the industry and able to promote this passion professionally, regardless of client level. /li liFlexible to travel. /li liLanguages: Native language skills in Italian; English proficiency required; other languages are a benefit. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
