About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting agents and distributors to drive product sales and achieve annual targets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about personal care products and has experience in sales management. You will work closely with our regional manager to develop and implement localized sales strategies, nurture key relationships, and support overall regional growth.
You will be responsible for understanding customer needs in the Italian market, responding swiftly, and providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction. You will also gather and analyze market insights specific to Italy, identifying trends and new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of consumer product sales channels, preferably in the 3C, home appliances, or IoT sectors. Experience in personal care categories, such as hair dryers or electric toothbrushes, is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
