Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead revenue‑driving sales and marketing initiatives for the Italian DSO market within the Southern European hub. You will align with regional leadership to execute go‑to‑market strategies, hunting new accounts and growing existing ones for sustainable growth. You will work closely with local and global teams to tailor Straumann Group offerings and ensure commercial effectiveness. Your leadership will empower the DSO organization to pursue opportunities, improve profitability, and shape market strategy in Italy.

* Own Country DSO P&L and GTM execution aligned with Hub DSO Lead
* Oversee value chain performance to drive topline growth and market share
* Lead international deal excellence and manage local subsidiaries for international accounts
* Support Enterprise solutions with the global Solution Enterprise team
* Co-create and implement cross‑selling and communications plans with the Country Manager
* Define local DSO customer segmentation in line with Country Manager
* Ensure local execution of Hub Commercial Excellence strategy with pricing and incentives inputs
* Maintain accurate sales forecast and regular funnel reviews by KAM/CSM
* Deliver quarterly Latest Estimate on sales to Hub DSO Lead
* Drive Strategic Account Management and Integrated Account Team concepts for key customers
* Build and refine the local DSO selling process and implementation framework
* Inspire and develop the local DSO team to pursue opportunities
Responsabilità
* Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent experience
* 8+ years in Sales, Business Development or Commercial roles with proven success
* Experience with consultative selling and data‑driven business cases
* Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
* Willingness to travel up to 40% (international/national)
* Strong leadership with talent development and performance management experience
* Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
* Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting financial data
* Proven ability to build relationships with executives and internal stakeholders
