What you will be doing: Your challenge is to capture operational disruptions and organize corrective actions which you will monitor in terms of progress. You will communicate with depots/Hubs and other departments within FedEx, such as Fleet, IT support, Security, and Health & Safety, to ensure mitigation actions pay off and a solid service level is maintained.
