The position is based in our Milan offices (3 days a week). /p h3OVERVIEW /h3 pAs a bSenior Sales Director /b you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will focus on strategic account management, business development, and sales leadership to achieve and exceed targets. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions to clients. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Account Management Growth /h3 ul liManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. /li liDevelop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities. /li liAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative sales and solutions. /li /ul h3New Business Development /h3 ul liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts. /li liBuild relationships with senior decision-makers to influence buying decisions. /li liWork with the sales team to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations. /li /ul h3Sales Strategy Execution /h3 ul liMeet and exceed sales targets, including revenue, profit, and customer acquisition goals. /li liDevelop pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and proposals. /li liCollaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and lead-generation strategies. /li /ul h3Team Collaboration Leadership /h3 ul liMentor and support junior sales team members where applicable. /li liWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. /li liProvide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to leadership. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liExperience: 15 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in consumer goods or consumer electronics. /li liFluent Italian and English. /li liProven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets and grow key accounts. /li liClient-Focused: Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. /li liNegotiation Closing: Expertise in handling complex sales cycles and closing high‑value deals. /li liStrategic Thinking: Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive long‑term business success. /li liCommunication Leadership: Excellent presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. /li liCRM Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. /li /ul h3Our Culture /h3 pAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day. bOur Outrageously Extraordinary mindset /b drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of.
