The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting Maxifit’s fitness solutions. Key tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, delivering product demonstrations, and assisting in training sessions for both clients and team members to optimize their fitness goals. The role also involves collaborating with the sales management team to execute strategies for business growth and improved customer engagement. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and address their needsProven experience in Sales, with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving resultsCapable of Training customers or colleagues on products and servicesExperience or knowledge in Sales Management and strategic planningStrong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work in a team-driven environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to meet goals and deadlinesBackground in fitness or wellness industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
