Your mission
* Sales of JA Solar PV modules
* Achieve JA Solar market share and profit targets
* Negotiate prices, volumes, and contract terms
* Coordinate with internal departments for pre-sales, sales, and after-sales
* Provide regular reports, including negotiation updates
* Analyze market and competitor information
* Participate in events such as fairs, conferences, seminars, and promotional campaigns
* Protect corporate interests and enhance company image in the industry and public sector
* Support order execution as needed
Your profile
* Degree in Business Management, International Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, or similar
* Over 2 years of sales experience in PV modules, preferably with distributors or wholesalers
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Strong teamwork, communication, negotiation skills, customer focus, and a proactive attitude
* Technical background in solar energy is a plus for a potential technical manager role
