We are seeking a commercially driven Area Sales Manager for the Secondary Markets which includes the Nordics, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Israel to lead sales growth and dealer network development across these countries. The role will be reported directly to the Country Manager. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Dealer and Network Development /h3 ul liBuild strong, productive relationships with dealers and importer‑retail partners across the cluster. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve retailer capability, standards, customer experience, and local market execution. /li liAssess network coverage and support the appointment, upgrade, or exit of partners in line with brand standards and growth priorities. /li liWork cross‑functionally with marketing and after‑sales teams to support holistic dealer development. /li /ul h3Sales Leadership /h3 ul liDeliver retail and wholesale targets for motorcycles, accessories, and related commercial programs across the region. /li liWork with dealers to plan monthly and quarterly sales actions, launch readiness, promotional activity, and pipeline conversion. /li liMonitor KPIs, market demand, stock flow, and conversion performance, putting in place corrective actions where required. /li liLead dealer readiness for new product launches, including training alignment, point‑of‑sale materials, demos, and execution standards. /li liProvide direction and support to Area Sales Managers working within the territory. /li /ul h3Market Insight and Representation /h3 ul liAct as the voice of the market, feeding back competitor intelligence, customer trends, commercial risks, and growth opportunities. /li liContribute to sales forecasting, product demand planning, and customer targeting decisions. /li liRepresent the brand at selected events, ride‑outs, launches and commercial activations where appropriate. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liPrior experience in the motorcycle sector is a key requirement. /li liStrong knowledge of dealer network management, retail sales processes, wholesale terms, and route‑to‑market models. /li liExperience managing markets through importer‑retailer structures would be highly valuable. /li liBackground in the motorcycle industry with a proper network already in place. /li liDeep understanding of the local Italian market. /li liDriving licences: A B. /li liAgile, flexible mindset; dynamic and adaptable to change. /li liHigh level of independence and autonomy. /li liAbility to work remotely with managers based in different countries. /li liStrong decision making capabilities. /li liTravel requirement: around 80%. /li liAvailability to participate in dealers’ events during weekends. /li liEnglish Fluent, any other languages will be a plus. /li /ul pArea Sales Manager - Secondary Markets - Bologna, IT /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
